I have set up automation for both phone, text and email. The trigger is the order placed in shipstation. But to my suprize, it can take UP TO AN HOUR for the order to go into ShipStation. This is really bad. We lose opportunities. The support says there is not way to import the orders immediately except the reload button. Is there a script that I can add to shipstation that will allow refresh every minute?
