Hi, my business is just starting out. I tried the 30 day free trial and placed $100 on my account to cover potential orders. Unfortunately, I didn't get any orders in that time frame and didn't want to sign up for a subscription yet so I cancelled. I asked "Andrew" who had been emailing me about signing up for a subscription about refunding my $100 and he never responded. Another person told me that I would get my refund after 30 days. It's beyond 30 days and I still don't see the refund. I don't have any email other than Andrew to reach anyone and he is not responding. Any ideas? Thanks

Thank you for your post in the community! When you open a ShipStation account, a Stamps account is activated, which looks like you have set it up. Since only your ShipStation account was closed, I contacted support, and they have also canceled your Stamps account. You can expect your refund to be processed within 3 to 5 business days.
