Hi Development, We would like the ability to sort and filter by the Tracking# Status. This could be a powerful tool for companies to better manage all of their outgoing shipments and get ahead of customer issues. In our case, we're looking for labels created 2-3 days ago with a status of โThe Status is Unknownโ (label created without a pickup scan). Once these shipments are identified we ask our staff if there was an issue fulfilling the order or an issue with a carrier pickup. This would allow us to address the issue before the customer contacts us about not receiving their order. Thanks!
