Our orders with core charges or handling fees import into the Products line within shipstation... (The fees are made in either additional fees section in products or from the plugin Advanced Dynamic Pricing for WooCommerce by Algol Plus.)
So when we scan to verify, we need to verify the fee... which isnt possible. so we have to click verify with the mouse.
This is pointless and annoying. Anyone know how to change how this is imported?
Here is how it comes from woocommerce via shipstation support rep:

Has anyone found a solution? We're having the same problem with additional fees and international d&t.

Damn Shipstation don't wanna help anybody out apparently... we have the same issue when adding a processing fee to our orders. It shows up as a product with qty of 1 in our orders. That's stupid.

Hey there everyone,
Thank you for taking the time to post here as well as reaching out to our support team! They are still the best choice for immediate investigation.
When the feed coming over from WooCommerce lists the additional fees as a line item it will populate on the orders in this way. It may be worth reaching out to see if there is an alternative way that information could be passed to ShipStation instead of as a line item. That way, the problem would be worked from both ends.
In the meantime, I will keep an eye and ear out for any updates with the WooComm integration, and update you as soon as I have any new info!
Happy shipping ๐

Hello @daniloWebDev23!
Thank you for the post! I can see how that could be frustrating. The data shown is directly sourced from WooCommerce, reflecting their system's intended design.
I can mark this as a feature request to bring attention to the request.
Thank you and have a nice rest of your day!
