We haven't found a way to get shipstation to work, but if anyone has a work-around let me know! I was able to get through to support with an odd solution so I am hoping that someone is working on it.

Amazing call out. You have actually inspired me.  I am now working on a nice blog post to help you all stay as informed as possible about outages. Also- I am assuming you did because you are a total rockstar- when this happens make sure to reach out to our team to report it especially if you don't see it up on the status page .

Yeah! I now have the support number on hand in case a similar outage happens so I can contact someone more easily
