We had a really large order for which we prepared the shipments in advance of when the customer wanted them shipped. For example, we prepared the shipments on 1/9, 10, 11. We want to ship them on 1/16. When we try to schedule a pickup for the 16th, there are no shipments available.
Apparently, ShipStation doesn't allow for scheduling a future pickup when the ship date isn't set for that future date, nor does it allow for updating the ship date after the label has been printed.
Are we missing something?
