I was wondering if someone can please suggest the most efficient way to record Shopify payouts in QuickBooks when we now use ShipStation to mass fulfill our orders? We want to still use QuickBooks for inventory tracking so today we tested with ShipStation and fulfilled 50+ orders. At the end of the fulfillment process we went into ShipStation reports and download both the Shipped Items and Shipping Costs reports. We took the shipped items and manually entered those into one sales reciept in QuickBooks as well as added the shipping cost to this to give us a lump sum on one sales reciept. We are trying to simply our system as we have manually done every order daily for years. Is there a better way to match up payouts from Shopify into QuickBooks and using ShipStation?
