UPS CTP (aka Digital Connections) funding for ShipStation Fees -- due to API ransom

We have a CTP from UPS to use for ShipStation fees. 
 
We have to upgrade our subscription because ShipStation is holding API access ransom and forcing us to spend more money (tripling our monthly fees) for zero added benefits that are of use or of interest to our company. 
 
In previous experiences using UPS CTP to pay for ShipStation, we have lost the ability to use ShipStation for multiple days...which was not our fault or UPS' fault but totally and completely ShipStation's fault.

We cannot be without ShipStation service during this process, and seeing as we're giving ShipStation even more money than ever before (over $3,600...again that's what ShipStation is now charging merely for API access...literally zero other service or benefit we can use), we expect this process to go much more smoothly than it ever has in the past.

We've contacted "support" about this, but their response didn't show any signs they understood CTP or the process of using CTP for upgraded subscription fees, and they also couldn't say how long the transition to CTP payment for ShipStation would take...aka, they have no idea how long we'll be without ShipStation service.

We asked to speak with someone more experienced...it's been more than three days and zero reply from ShipStation whatsoever.

p.s. all this has to happen before May 8 (today is May 2) because that is the deadline that ShipStation imposed on us...and we have reached out this CTP and about subscription upgrade multiple times already and not been helped by ShipStation at all -- super frustrating to have to work this hard to give ShipStation money, especially when they've got us over a barrel over API access -- definitely never recommending ShipStation or any Auctane service to colleagues, and looking to change as soon as we can get integrations switched over.
