We have customers that come in to the store and just want us to ship their package.
What is a fair (fee) price or percentage to add on to the shipping cost ?
We are not a UPS Store , but want to advertise packages ship here through ship station.
Can you lead me to any articles or information that discuss this? Thank you

Hello, @Bennetts!
We hear you! When a customer comes into your store, and you need to charge them for shipping, there are a few things to keep in mind:
- Package weight and size โ These play a significant role in shipping costs.
- Delivery speed โ Faster options may cost more.
- Handling fees โ Are there any extra costs you need to cover?
A good approach is to use a cost model that factors in these details and any overhead costs so your pricing stays fair and sustainable. I have attached our help center article on Comparing Rates.
I hope this helps! Let us know if you have any other questions.
Happy Shipping!
