Having the same issue but it also will not let me print USPS labels
either. Quite frustrating as I have about 25 labels that need to be
printed within the next 2 hours.
I second this. We have a lot of local customers that pick-up and there
is not an option to choose "pick-up". We have to go through the "marked
as shipped" and choose "other" which counts against are shipping totals.
I am in 100% agreement with you. Our local post office is terrible at
updating tracking and it would be nice to be able to contact our
customers before they contact us complaining.
I am having the same issue with big commerce. It just started a couple
of days ago. I am having to physically add tracking and shipment info to
the orders. Luckily it has only been a few here and there but slightly
frustrating.
