EOD and Manifesting - We improved the EOD/Manifesting experience by allowing you to navigate away from the closing modal to continue processing shipments. Once the closing is complete, we will display a toast message with a clickable link to open the print modal wherever you are in the app.
New Zealand Couriers - We have activated the service ETOE Courier SG for New Zealand Couriers for international shipments.
Store Import Error Messages- We changed several store import error messages to make the language more descriptive and include links to help articles.
Combine Products - We corrected the issue that would create duplicate product records when you combined products to create alias products or parent-variant products.
Product CSV Imports - We fixed the issue of Product CSV failing to import and showing the error message: "An unexpected error trying to save updates to a product."
Shipment Grid - We updated how the Shipment Grid handles pop-up error messages so that they now clear when you refresh the page. Previously, the error message would remain even after the problem was resolved.
Amazon Shipping UK - We updated the service codes for Amazon Shipping UK so you can create Prime Labels for Amazon Prime orders. Previously, Amazon did not recognize certain shipping services as Prime-appropriate services.
TNT Australia - We fixed the issue that prevented TNT AU labels from displaying Label Messages. Now you can add special instructions as label messages.
Aramex Tracking Links (AU) - We addressed the issue that would cause eBay to reject Tracking Numbers sent by Aramex Shipments. Tracking numbers now update appropriately with eBay’s system.
Evri (UK) - We corrected the tracking statuses in the Shipment grid so they will display the accurate tracking status.
We updated the carrier code for Canada Post One Balance, so Amazon receives tracking updates correctly, and the Seller Account will not be penalized.
Landmark Global will now appear in Amazon as “Landmark” instead of “other.
BigCommerce - We have resolved the issue of being unable to set BigCommerce as an external inventory source.
ChannelAdvisor - We have corrected the issue of sending the wrong carrier code to Amazon Seller Central for Xpresspost and Loomis. ChannelAdvisor will now send “Other” as the carrier when using Loomis Ground and Xpresspost.
Cin7 Omni (UK) - We have corrected the issue of sending the wrong carrier code for The Delivery Group. We will now send “Yodel” for “The Delivery Group” shipments to Cin7.
