Canpar Integration stopped working as of march 22nd 2021

We have Canpar integration broken today afternoon. Canpar technical support checked on their end and confirm that their API service operating normal. So it goes to ShipStation support. Any new shipment does not show shipping rate for any Canpar service, we get this error: Error: soapenv:Server: unknown (Unhandled Module). (500, 83878e78-7e9d-458f-b316-3c941e0a9dd1). cannot get quotes, cannot print labels. But I was able to close end of the day for shipments that we have created before  this outage.

Anybody experiencing the same issue?

Welcome to the Community, we are so happy to have you here with us. Also, thank you for this feedback. 


There was an issue with our Canpar integration involving that specific error that was reported- as you stated above- yesterday. I have been informed that as of 11 AM CST this has been resolved.


If you are still seeing this error please reach out to support and let them know that this is still occurring for your account even after the fix was pushed out.
