In Shipstation the shipping labels of this Сarrier are incorrectly generated. When I select Dangerous Goods, there's no Hazmat or ‘H’ on the label. I created a case (Request #7165331).
but I haven't heard back in over a week. Other competitors of Shipstation are working correctly.
I would like to provide additional information for the ShipStation technical specialists. I experimented by connecting our DHL eCommerce account to another provider—https://xpsship.com—and did not encounter any issues with generating labels. I am sending you the labels I obtained through their dashboard. Hopefully, this will expedite resolving the issue. We do not want to change providers, but we might have no other choice if this continues.
