Error when adding UPS Account

Help!

I am receiving the following message when trying to add our UPS accounts: "OBJECT REFERENCE NOT SET TO AN INSTANCE OF AN OBJECT"

How do I solve this problem?  I have tried both of our UPS accounts and neither one can be added.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you for your post. Looks like their was a UPS outage that started on Monday the 5th and was just solved this morning by UPS. For future updates on any carrier outages feel free to sign up for update VIA the ShipStation Status page. As of this morning you should be able to successfully now.
