Error when adding UPS Account

Help!

I am receiving the following message when trying to add our UPS accounts: "OBJECT REFERENCE NOT SET TO AN INSTANCE OF AN OBJECT"

How do I solve this problem?  I have tried both of our UPS accounts and neither one can be added.

Any help would be appreciated.
