Has anyone experienced random checkout downtime? the live checkout rates (beta) in Australia with the service provider Auspost sometimes drops out not allowing customers to purchase the product. At the moment no one can check out of the website and it's causing a loss of sales. This is unfortunate for users like ourselves when there is money on the table for a new outback start up business.
Has the IT team done something behind the scenes that has caused this to not work?
would love any solutions - am thinking about manual rates but due to selling world wide I'd rather find another solution.
