For the past week and a half, I've been purchasing UPS Surepost labels in Shipstation. Since an hour ago I'm unable to make labels for UPS's SurePost service. I get the error message "Shipper's UPS Account is not enabled for the requested SurePost service." I've spoken to my UPS Account Manager and he tells me that everything is working on his end and it must be a Shipstation issue. Can anyone offer a solution?

I have had it where checked boxes were mysteriously "unchecked" somehow. Make sure your Surepost option is turned on by going to:
Settings (Gear Icon, top right corner) >
Shipping >
Carriers and fulfillment >
Find the UPS logo and click where it says services
Then ensure the Surepost boxes are checked (there are 2 of them)
Hit update and refresh the page
