I often work on Saturday afternoons to print lables to fill orders on Sunday. I could not arrange a pick up for Saturday (too late in the day) and when I went to arrange for a Monday pickup...I could not move my packages to Monday. It said I have no packages available. I was told the work around is to cancel my labels and reprint on a Monday...that is a waste of labels and ridiculous.
Is there a way to move the packages to a different day for pickup? I would think that is an easy solution.
