Amazon Integration | Error 429 | Over 15 hours

We're having some issues with the Amazon integration. We can't import orders from our Amazon.ca or Amazon.com stores. We get the "Error 429". Too Many Requests.

Our orders stopped coming in yesterday around 1PM (Eastern Time). We thought this would come back after a few minutes/hours but it did not. We're 15 hours in and we're still not able to import our orders. We tried:

  • Reconnecting both our stores through Shipstation (old and new versions)
  • Re-Authorize the app on Amazon

We contacted support yesterday but have not been able to get an answer.

EDIT: This morning at 8:30 AM we were able to get SOME orders imported.
Around 23 orders were imported out of the 110 that need to be shipped.
No luck getting the other ones.

Did anyone get this issue recently? Anything I missed that could be done to resolve the issue?
We need to get those orders out the door today. Manually doing everthing is possible, but really the worst case scenario.
