Amazon Store Integration Issue: Orders Queued for Import on ShipStation

Hey everyone, I'm encountering an issue with the Amazon Store integration on ShipStation. It seems that orders are getting stuck in a 'Queued for Import' status instead of being imported promptly. Is anyone else experiencing this problem or has encountered it before? Any insights or solutions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Silly question, but have you tried disconnecting and reconnecting your amazon store?

@shippingitems I would genuinely try and reconnect your store. That sometimes helps.

Im having this issue over a year. 1-2 time per month order stuck and I have to reconnect. Then I have to clear cache in browser because I'm getting 401 after redirect from amazon. I contacted support in chat over 10 times, it looks like nobody is going to fix this. I always getting links on how to reconnect the Amazon store.
