Amazon Unable To Connect

Need some help trying to get Seller Central connected.  We've entered our ID and Token, and no bueno.  Any ideas?

Have you tried verifying that all the information is correct? Are you using google chrome as a browser?

 

If yes to both questions above, clear cookies and cache and try doing this in an incognito window and see if that works. 

 

If this does not work you may want to reach out to amazon and see if they have a different seller id/auth key in place for you since the current ones are not working.
