Cin7 and Amazon Prime

I am using Cin7 as my inventory managment system. I use AMZ and Woo Commerce as my marketplaces. When I implemented Cin7 all the orders come through as CIN7 Store. I lost the ability to see the souce of the order and no can not process AMZ prime orders because Ship Station does not recoginze these as AMZ orders. 

Is there a fix or a work around for this ?

I'm running into the similar issue. I get Home Depot and Wayfair orders through Cin7, into ShipStation. I need to be able to identify which marketplace the orders are from so I can set up Automation Rules and Order Filters based on this criteria. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
