Issues with Creating Labels

Is anyone else experiencing issues with printing labels? I am seeing a huge lag.

Yes, it seems like shipstation has completely crashed for me.

Experiencing the same situation as well.

It seems to happen regularly on Mondays.

Yes. Server times out when creating label...even though the label is created. Then have to go to shipped orders to reprint the label...has been happening sporadically for months but today has happened on pretty much every order that was printed one at a time...not so much on batches.

I've used shipstation for years and the label printing interface has unfortunately gotten extremely clunky. Shipstation connect used to work great but now I have to reconfigure my printing preferences daily because it constantly switches back to "Always Prompt"...The delay in printing labels (described above) is obnoxious too!  These are software design deficiencies!
