Shipment Notification

When we ship orders our marketplace is only getting notified about 50% of the time..  How do we fix this?

When it comes to marketplace notifications, it could be a number of things that block that notification. We would want to take a closer look into the finer details of that behavior you are seeing. Without details around that behavior, I am hesitant to just start guessing. Please feel free to include your workflow or error messages you are seeing as one of our fantastic community members may already know a solution! 🙂
