We've been shipping orders from Shopify twice, one from our warehouse and one from FBA, and no one on Shipstation, Shopify, or Amazon can help us sort this issue.
We had our Shopify store and Amazon store integrated with Shipstation.
Amazon store has both FBA and FBM SKU's. All FBM is shipped using Shipstation.
Shopify store only ships from our warehouse using Shipstation.
Whenever an order was created on Shopify, it was sent to Shipstation and also to Amazon to be fulfilled by FBA through MCF.
Shopify store is set to be fulfilled manually, and after a lot of back and forth with Shipstation and Shopify, our problem was not solved.
So I deactivated our Amazon store on Shipstation and the problem stopped.
But this is just a short-term solution, we need a solution for our FBM products on Amazon.
Has anyone experienced something similar, or could share some insights?

I looked into this a little further and can see that your ticket is still open with our support team. Even though the issue seems to be occurring outside of the platform before the orders actually import in, I would still follow up on this ticket.
