Shipstation won't connect to Shopify

Trying to get ShipStation to connect to Shopify but no dice from either direction.

I log into ShipStation > store setup > connect store > insert domain > "connect" > authorize ShipStation data update inside Shopify > "Update" - then it leads me directly to my ShipStation order log, without any updates in the connected stores. I currently only have Etsy connected.

If I try to launch from Shopify, I go to installed apps > Launch ShipStation > then I have to log in to ShipStation - also without any updates. 

I've also tried a different browser, but no luck there.

Any thoughts? Any help would be tremendously appreciated!

Thanks for following up! It looks like you were able to get this sorted out with support—great job! 

The resolution was to share with others in the community who might run into the same issue, using the generic Shopify domain rather than the custom domain. That did the trick!
