I received a notification this morning that I requested my subscription be canceled when I did not. I don't think it's a hack or anything, some systematic thing in SS. It says to just "change subscription" with the button below, but there is no button where I could even update my subscription if I wanted to. They just kicked me out, with no way of getting back in, no support now since it says I don't have an active account. I've been shipping over 1000 packages per week..... Not sure what to do.
