Add functionality for Shopify exchanges

Please add in support for the new Shopify Exchanges feature.

We have been waiting for Shopify to release this for ages and now find it is not compatible with Shipstation - super disappointing.

I have an option but its 3rd party, not sure if shipstation is gonna offer native support.

We really need this feature too. The alternative is to use Shopify's own shipping options for product exchanges. I would like to keep ALL shipments under one roof inside ShipStation, and I would guess that ShipStation wants to retain the business for all those exchange shipments too. The order details in ShipStation need to be able to re-sync with any product changes that put the order status in Shopify back to "unfulfilled" or "partially fulfilled" status.

Thank you for sharing this feature request in the community! Our merchants have spoken, and we have listened! Shopify has recently launched a much-awaited new feature that allows merchants to process exchanges directly through Shopify without relying on third-party apps. ShipStation is excited to be the first among its direct competitors to support an exchange workflow with Shopify. This feature enhancement will allow merchants to effortlessly print additional outgoing exchange labels through ShipStation while maintaining their current workflow. 

 

Please note this feature is currently in Beta. We have provided a demo video for your reference.
Please address your feedback to our support teams, who will filter it back to our product and engineering. If you want to be added to the beta, please reply to this post!

We need this as well.  Sad that no one thought this through -- although, maybe they did.

Seems like another ham-handed Shopify play to force us to use Shopify Shipping (or even just drive people to Plus.)
