I don't know where the address validation feature gets its data but we routinely have it switch our correct validation coming from shipperhq from residential to commercial and vice versa. There WAS an option to "revert" this back to the correct type that stopped working. When we complained to support about this they answer appears to have been "remove the revert button". Sometimes it does show up but still won't work. This can be extremely costly when the carrier is adding residential surcharges, etc.
For what we are all paying the least SS could do is partner with someone who knows how to address validation, or FIX the revert button.

Hello - My issue (the original) is still in limbo. We used to be able to revert the shipping to the one imported from our marketplace, overriding the incorrect validation provided by ship station. Why is this a problem to fix?
