If there's not enough postage funds in my account for the remaining outgoing orders, I receive an insufficient funds notification and ShipStation won't print the remaining needed postage. I currently need to manually replenish funds and then go back to Orders to print the remaining labels. What should happen is if I have Auto-replenish checked it should replenish automatically so I can complete the batch of labels without needing to manually do it.

Hello @FieldTorq!
First, welcome to the Community! We're so glad you're here. This space is an excellent resource for finding answers, sharing feedback, and suggesting new product features—we hope you find it helpful and inspiring!
Thank you for reaching out about this! I reviewed your account activity over the past couple of months, and here’s what support has found that may be helpful to other merchants who are also using the auto funding.
It appears that your auto-funding feature is functioning as expected. There were only a few times your balance dropped below your set $10 auto-fund threshold, and in each of those cases, auto-funding was correctly triggered.
In other situations, you manually added funds when your balance was low but still above the $10 threshold. When you attempted to create labels that cost more than your available balance, the system displayed an “insufficient balance” message — which is expected behavior.
For example, on November 5th, your wallet balance was $13 when you tried to create $40 worth of labels. Since your balance was too high to trigger auto-funding (above $10) but too low to cover the label cost, you received the error message.
To help prevent this from happening again, we recommend increasing your auto-funding minimum balance so it triggers earlier, ensuring you always have sufficient funds available when creating labels.
I hope this helps. If anyone in the community has any further questions about Auto funding, please feel free to reach out. I have attached our Help Center article here as well for anyone's reference.
Happy Shipping!

Yes, that is one option, but not true auto-replenishment. Having software with caveats seems more like a software development issue, and shortcomings should be resolved through the appropriate channels.
