BUG! Huge issue - 3rd party account glitch! Anybody else experiencing this?

We uncovered an alarming issue. We had an automation rule in place for months (if not years) that looked for an order tag, and if that tag was on an order the rule would assign a 3rd party shipping account for billing. In this case, it would assign the UPS Ground account of a drophip seller we service. 

We noticed that our own defunct UPS account (literally not activated in shipstation as a carrier service) was racking up huge invoices, despite it being decomissioned. Turns out that for over a month that ShipStation was assigning our shipping account to these orders, instead of the 3rd party account set up in the rule. It's crazy because we can't even replicate using our defunct account manually in SS or through bulk updates or contradictory rules. 

Has anybody else encountered this? We're in touch with support but the resolution hasn't been quick and I'm not convinced they understand the urgency here...

It looks like you successfully deleted and re-added your UPS accounts and set up new automation rules with the correct configuration. As of yesterday, everything appears to be working smoothly!
