We are consistently encountering this error. When we haven't assigned a package size or shipping service to a single SKU product, a temporary Save button is shown just above the rate button with message "Save as default shipping configuration for this product." (pic1)
When the save button is clicked an acknowledgement is shown (pic 2)
However for the next order of the same SKU this Save button is shown again and the saved parameters for box size and service are not loaded by default. Logging out and logging in also makes no difference.
Whats the point of the Save button if each time the package and service has to be selected manually for an SKU even though its been saved !
