Customs declaration available to edit harmonization code or HS code after a label has been shipped

It would be very helpful if your developers would assist their customers (us) with being able to reproduce an electronic customs declaration so that we can correct an error such as an international HS code, especially since customs in Ireland for example said they would accept this - I am currently trying to find a way to edit the Harmonization code and resubmit it digitally to customs and I cant! which will result in it being shipped back whioch could take many weeks and a loss of cost for shipping label which is very frustrating to say the least - when it can be fixed with an edit code option.

Thanks for reaching out! When a label is created in ShipStation, the carrier receives and processes the electronic customs documentation.

If you encounter issues, we recommend contacting the carrier directly. They may be able to assist, especially since some carriers can act as a shipping broker on your behalf.

If the carrier can’t support you in this case, you may need to work with a dedicated shipping broker. Please note that ShipStation does not offer broker services as part of any subscription plan.
