I find this feature would be quite helpful for us, but it’s currently unavailable. I believe it could be essential for others as well—I’d be surprised if we were the only ones needing it.
In our workflow, we frequently add new notes under Note from Buyer, Note to Buyer, or the Internal Note section, especially when multiple colleagues are handling an order. Most of the time, these notes serve as simple reminders. However, accidents happen, and notes can sometimes be deleted or modified unintentionally.
Would it be possible to introduce a feature that tracks edit history for notes? Similar to how each order currently logs changes to postage assignments and user activity, having a history log for notes would help prevent loss of important information and improve team collaboration.
