Faire and Shipstation Integration Cost Request

We need shipping cost information pushed back into Faire in the integration. Without it, we have to manually add to all Faire orders before we confirm an order has been shipped which greatly takes away the benefits of the integration in the first place.

Agreed! To piggyback... we pass along shipping costs to the Faire customer. In addition to updating an order in Faire as shipped once it ships in SS, we also need SS to pass the shipping cost value back to Faire so that they can properly invoice their customer. Doing this all manually is brutal and I agree that it defeats the purpose of the integration in the first place.
