Hello,
Inside the "Shopify Connection Settings" we're able to import the Harmonization Codes from Shopify but there's no option to import the Country of Origin.
These two go hand in hand so it would be nice to have the option and would save a lot of data entry.

I checked in with our support team, and great news—you can include this information by updating your product record in ShipStation. Just enter the details under the Customs section of the product record, and they’ll be automatically included in your future customs documentation.

Is there a way to pull the country of origin data from Shopify instead of manually adding the information in ShipStation? If ShipStation can pull product weight information from Shopify through the API it should be possible to pull the country as well. I know OrderCup shipping software pulls the country of origin information directly from Shopify. As I'm sure you are aware, country of origin is very critical shipping information in todays political enviroment.
