Mobile App

Hey!

My team has been using Shipstation through the web browser since September of last year (2024) on our regular computers. I am in charge of new sorts of automation and production management, along with process development for reference.

I have recently been looking into using the Shipstation mobile app for tablets around our floor to make it faster for us to ship orders as they become complete. The issue I have, however, is that we can not add multiple packages on the mobile app, as it seems not to be a feature. Can this be something that can be added in the future? I feel a lot of users would like this option for the ones that maybe in my type of field. While I get that we can log into ShipStation using a Google browser and it works just as a regular computer, the app is more user-friendly, targeting the current staff force that we employ, and condenses the information a little bit better for viewing purposes.

Thanks!

we deploy shipstation to our ipads from our MDM solution as a webclip. Its essentially the shipstation website but delivered in a full screen safari browser. there is not menu, address bar etc. It works well. Its not 100% but its heaps better than the mobile app and it allows us to use scan to verify from ipads.

totally unsupported but it works well for us.
