I input carrier for the insurance field with the quantity and it'll show it under shipped but after a while or processing other orders, it resets to none as if I didn't request any insurance. I already understand carriers have a default insurance but if I'm understanding correctly, if you input a number greater than the default, it would use the input number correct?
