It appears ShipStation took away the ability to 'add a package' to an order after the order is marked shipped. This was a very useful feature. For example, if an order is shipped, but an item is damaged during shipping and we need to send a replacement - it was really nice to just be able to 'add a package' to the order and make a note of what happened. That saved us from having to create a whole new order to ship the replacement and the info is not kept in the original order. Any chance of ShipStation adding that feature back? I sure hope so!

It seems that all split ship options are also gone. This is probably related to the add a package bug. There is no way this was intentional.

From the view order screen, click on the shipment icon on the left then the + icon in the panel next to it.
