Hi there!
My team wants to track our order fulfillment and how accurate we are in terms of shipping out inside of our lead times. I am surprised this is not a function of ShipStation already being that they have a Order Date, a Ship By Date, and a Shipped Date. Therefore, I want to track how often we ship within the allotted time to ship out.
I know SLA insights are available but is only a generic timeline with a 96 hours+ category. My team does custom orders that can take as long as 15 business days so we need to track this on a per SKU/Product Category basis. However, if this report was based on the Ship By Date I am thinking this issue would be mitigated.
Any solutions or recommendations would be greatly appreciated here.
