Paypal ShipStation shipping charges adjustment issues

Using Paypal ShipStation, we have suddenly received several adjustments using USPS Ground services.  On all the notifications but one, the USPS Automated Package Verification information was the same with no changes to zip codes, size, or weight. None of the packages are over 20 pounds or a length over 12 inches yet many of the charges are more than 50% of what we paid.

Yeah, and this issue still hasn't been taken care of. Customers should NOT be charged "adjustments" when they can not be provided the appropriate reports.
