We need a way for the pick list to ignore line item attributes so all of the products can be grouped together.
Shipstation imports what Shopify calls product "properties" - metadata about a specific line item in an order
Once they get into Shipstation, they show up as "Description" for a line item in an order
Ostensibly these attributes are used for customized products, things like "get your name engraved on a book cover" etc... For those of us that don't CARE about these attributes, they pose a problem: our pick lists are really, really messed up:
all 6 of those lines are for the same product, just some are part of a subscription bundle and others are part of a different bundle, others are ordered not as a bundle. There needs to be an option to ignore this so they can group together. Unfortunately, the options for pick lists are extremely limited:
