My life would be so much easier if I could change my customer info in the Customers page. I just spent 45 minutes on chat with customer service while the guy changed 1 email address for me.
I don't have time, or understand how to create a CSV file. and that seems to be the only way to change the info.
I have a few cranky customers that aren't getting the shipping conf. email, or it's sent to the wrong person. Uugh....
