I've already submitted a support case about this issue, but I wanted to see if anyone else is running into the same problem.
In our Shipment Confirmation Email, we use the Ship Date variable in the email template. We want our customers to know when their product ships out because it's perishable.
For a while now, the emails have been showing the wrong date. It always list the day before the actual ship date.
For example, if I create a label to ship on Monday, in ship station and on the label, the ship date correctly appears as Monday, but the email the customer receives says the package will ship Sunday. We don't even ship on Sundays.๐
I'm curious to know if anyone else has this problem and has a work around. In some cases, I've set up an email template for specific ship dates, but honestly it's a pain and is only valid for one day. I really should be able to keep this all automated.
