I just signed up for shipstation with Bronze and I'm getting an error that says. Do I need to contact support or shipstation not reading CSV(not formatted right)?

If you are getting this error message you will need to reach out to our support team directly. They will be able to troubleshoot and look through your export as well. You can use the steps in this help article to reach support or you can email firstname.lastname@example.org.
