Accessing Carrier Rates

I just joined shipstation and can't access the carrier rates because it says, "It appears that you might have tools installed to prevent third party tracking (like an ad blocker). To continue, disable these tools in your bowser then reload the page..."  I've allowed all cookies and send pop-ups and tried this several times, but it will still not let me in. Any suggestions? Help! I just want to get started with sending items for my small business.
