Creation of a metric to calculate total number of packages shipped. I have looked everywhere and reached out to customer service. There is no way to calculate this.
Thank you both for being a part of our community and for reaching out. Have you looked into the Shipment Manifest Report or the Shipped Orders Raw Data Export under Insights>Reports? I know it might not have what you are exactly are looking for but it might help.
