Our current process is to manually copy and paste all information from the original order and recreate with order_ms/re/ ect. for any errors that happened. Is there a better way to pull all the information from the previous order and have it populate a new order? I figure we could export and then import and make changes, but is that really the most efficient? Would love to hear some of you workflows or that an option to duplicate an order is in the works.
