On the status page it says "please refresh the web page and select the "Refresh Connection" button on the newest version of ShipStation Connect."
Where is this? And why wouldn't they mention where it is?

Yup, we can't find it either! Very frustrating!

Try logging out of connect. Then uninstall. Then delete any folders you can find related to it. Download from the site. Reinstall. This is how we got the new version to show up that has this button.
and use the new layout.
This is what support had us do.
It's too bad shipstation can't make anything easy or clear for their customers.
