Why doesn't checking the Keep Me Logged In checkbox actually keep me logged in?

I have to log in every time, regardless of the time that has passed.  I am using what I believe to be the most recent version of Edge.

Thank for for being a part of our community and for reaching out with this question. 

The "Keep me logged in" checkbox is intended to keep you logged in for that instance of ShipStation. So if you have your browser open with ShipStation going, it will not log you out. That being said, our system will log you out after 24 hours of inactivity.

However, if you are clicking the option to stay logged in when signing into ShipStation and it's not working, this will typically be due to your browser's settings and/or a browser caching issue. Can you please clear your cache and cookies as explained in this article and see if this resolves the issue?  ShipStation Performance Troubleshooting
